  2. RENTAL AGREEMENT

  4. This agreement, entered into this____ day of _______, 19__ by and
  5. between ________________, referred to as LANDLORD and __________, 
  6. referred  to as TENANT, agree:

  9. LANDLORD rents to TENANT, to use as a residence the following  
  10. premises:

  27. thereof, or assign this agreement without LANDLORD's written 
  28. consent.

  30. 3. TENANT, in case of fire or theft will immediately contact the 
  31. LANDLORD.

  33. 4. TENANT will not make any alterations or improvements to the 
  34. rented premises without the prior written consent of LANDLORD.

  36. 5. TENANT will follow all posted regulations.

  52. condition.  If cleaning expenses must be incurred by LANDLORD to 
  53. restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of 
  54. TENANT's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration 
  55. will be deducted from the cleaning deposit and the balance, if 
  56. any, will be refunded to TENANT.
